The objective of the invention is to achieve a data transport method that can avoid occurrence of any connection delay and further can prevent the control of a mobile station from becoming impossible. According to the data transport method in which data are transmitted from a data transmission side to a data reception side and HARQ is applied, the data transmission side allocates a process, which is unit of transmission of the same data, to new transmission data for transmission thereof and then continuously and periodically transmits the same data as the new transmission data or error correction codes of the same data by use of the same process as that process until occurrence of other new transmission data. Upon the occurrence of the other new transmission data, the data transmission side allocates the process, which was used to continuously and periodically transmit the new transmission data, to the other new transmission data and then periodically transmits the other new transmission data. The data reception side uses the received data to perform a data combination using HARQ, thereby normally receiving the data and detecting data errors or not-yet receptions of data. Thus, the data reception side uses the received data to monitor the communication connection status between the data transmission and reception sides.
