A transparent display device, comprising: a transparent display panel (1) which is provided with a plurality of display regions for displaying information and a plurality of transparent regions for achieving perspective; and a unidirectional perspective glass (2) located at a light-in side of the transparent display panel (1) and arranged opposite to the transparent display panel (1), wherein the unidirectional perspective glass (2) comprises a glass plate (21) and coating films (22; 23, 24; 25) formed on a surface at one side of the glass plate (21).
