A lighting lens for a biometric device comprises: a rotational symmetric reflector with a parabolic or an oval shape; a refracting surface having two different refractive power values in two vertical directions, wherein the two refractive power values are negative or zero. The lens can be formed in a shape of a transparent material block (10), and can be used in a biometric device. Especially, the lens can capture a skin print as an image with the short exposure time. |
