PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a load for reducing pulses which occur when a value of a physical amount to be controlled is changed periodically.SOLUTION: A drive device (18) comprises: setting means (31) for setting a target value of a physical amount; detection means (32) for detecting a current value of the physical amount; and driving means (33) for calculating deviation between the target value and the detection value detected by the detection means, storing the calculated past deviation, determining an operation amount to the physical amount by referring to the deviation before the predetermined period, and, based on the determined operation amount, driving the load. |
