PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a crime prevention function by allowing multiple vehicles to perform mutual authentication and cooperation.SOLUTION: On-vehicle warning systems 1 respectively mounted on multiple vehicles exchange authentication information including at least mutual identification information among circumferential vehicles so as to establish mutual authentication based on the identification information. The on-vehicle warning system 1 preserves the identification information of the circumferential vehicles with the establishment of the mutual authentication and position information related to the positions of the circumferential vehicles. When a damage action against a self vehicle is sensed, the on-vehicle warning system 1 transmits warning information with the identification information of the self vehicle to the circumferential vehicles. When warning information with the identification information of the circumferential vehicle is received from the circumferential vehicle, the on-vehicle warning system 1 performs a warning operation of contents corresponding to the position information of the circumferential vehicle corresponding to the identification information indicated by the received warning information.
