<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive metal member-joining method needing no super-smooth joint face extremely low in thermal effect of a material to be joined or no ultrahigh vacuum joining atmosphere, and to provide a joint body made by the method.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for joining the metal surfaces of plural members having the metal surface, and a joint body obtained by the method. The method includes (1) a first process of forming prior to joining, a protective film 4 by contacting an organic acid to at least a part of the surface of a member 3 to be joined, and (2) a second process of joining the surface to be joined contacted by the organic acid and that of the other member 5 by mutual friction sliding.</p> |
