PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently peel a material on a roller even when a scraper is worn.SOLUTION: A roll type kneading device comprises: a first kneading roller 30 formed rotatably; a second kneading roller 40 disposed in parallel to the first kneading roller 30, whose outer peripheral part faces the outer peripheral part of the first kneading roller 30; a scraper 55 formed so as to contact with a range from an intersection position intersecting a straight line L1 connecting a shaft C1 of the first kneading roller 30 and a shaft C2 of the second kneading roller 40 to a lower end part 32 that does not include the lowermost end part of the first kneading roller 30 on the outer peripheral surface of the first kneading roller 30 along a rotation direction of the first kneading roller 30; and a cutter 57 having a blade part 58 which is adjacent to the scraper 55 along a shaft direction of the first kneading roller 30 and in contact with a position between the intersection position of the outer peripheral surface of the first kneading roller 30 and a position in contact with the scraper 55 along the rotation direction of the first kneading roller 30.
