The objective of the present invention is, in an electromagnetic shielding member capable of bending deformation, to reduce the possibility of foreign matter from outside such as airborne rocks and liquids such as water from infiltrating the interior of the electromagnetic shielding member. The electromagnetic shielding member is a tubular metal member. The electromagnetic shielding member is provided with a corrugated section and a non-corrugated section. The corrugated section has a corrugated structure such that protruding mountain sections in the peripheral direction and recessed valley sections in the peripheral direction are alternatingly contiguous in the lengthwise direction. The corrugated section includes a section at which the mountain sections and valley sections are contiguous while bending in the peripheral direction. The non-corrugated section neighbors the corrugated section in the lengthwise direction.
