Disclosed are an aluminum current collector, an electrode using the same, and an electrochemical device. The aluminum current collector includes an aluminum substrate, and a carbon conductive layer formed on at least one surface of the aluminum substrate and comprising a mixture of conductive carbon powder and a binder. As a result of analysis of elements of the surface of the aluminum current collector by using an energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), the aluminum current collector contains 60-70 wt% of aluminum (Al) and 1-3 wt% of oxygen (O). The content ratio of aluminum (Al) to carbon (C) is 1.5-2.5.
