The present invention relates to a method for producing a waffle by using a waffle producing device. The method comprises the steps of: producing cream by mixing shortening through a kneading mixer; adding, mixing, and homogenizing starch, sugar, and salt in the cream; producing dough by adding and mixing eggs and water in the homogenized cream; disposing the dough between a lower heating mold and an upper heating mold; and heating and compressing the dough disposed between the lower heating mold and the upper heating mold. |
