ALKYNYL INDAZOLE DERIVATIVE AND USE THEREOF

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel compound having VEGF receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitory activity, the compound being useful as, e.g., an agent for the treatment of diseases associated with edema or angiogenesis such as age-related macular degeneration. Examples of the present invention include alkynyl indazole derivatives represented by general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, and drugs containing these. (In the formula, the symbols are as described in the specification.) These alkynyl indazole derivatives and the like can be used, e.g., in the form of a liquid such as an ophthalmic solution or injection.
