The present invention relates to an oil storing device for separating oil and water. The oil storing device comprises: a tank body (10) having a bottom surface to be downwardly tilted at a particular angle, and having a guide surface (14) to make water sunk from oil by a difference in gravity be guided in a lower part of a particular diameter; a separator (20) for gathering moisture while an amount of oil filled as much as an amount of water downwardly fed from the tank body (10) is reduced; a connection pipe (30) for connecting a lower end of the guide surface (14) of the tank body (10) with the separator (20); a blocking valve (40) for opening and closing the connection pipe (30); a blocking valve (40) for opening and closing the connection pipe (30); and a discharge valve (50) connected to a lower end on one side surface of the separator (20), and discharging water filled in the separator (20). A particular amount of water separated from oil by a difference in gravity in the tank body (20) is gathered in the separator (20) formed to be separated from the tank body (20), thereby being stably discharged to the outside.
