The present invention is to provide a system which can easily transfer mobile cash stored in a mobile terminal to a new mobile terminal by deducing the mobile cash, and a method thereof. A mobile cash transfer system in which a mobile cash transfer service is applied and registered, comprises: a mobile terminal which performs a mobile cash transfer process with a mobile cash server, detects stored mobile cash, and receives mobile cash from the mobile cash server; and the mobile cash server which performs the mobile cash transfer process with the mobile terminal, deducts and stores the mobile cash stored in the mobile terminal, and transfers, when there is a mobile cash transfer request from the mobile terminal, the stored mobile cash to the mobile terminal. |
