A structure for attaching a front fender of a motor vehicle and a related motor vehicle are disclosed. The disclosed structure (10) for attaching a front fender (12) of a motor vehicle comprises stiff bodywork elements, onto which said front fender (12) is attached, particularly comprising a reinforcement (13) having an upper edge (13a) and a supporting element (16) attached to an edge (12b) of the front fender (12) via a first, substantially vertical surface and to said upper edge (13a) of the reinforcement (13) via a second, substantially horizontal surface. Said supporting element (16) comprises means for stiffening the front fender. The attachment structure (10) is characterized in that said supporting element (16) comprises additional stiffening means arranged on the substantially horizontal surface (16b) of the supporting element (16), so as to transversely stiffen the front fender (12) without preventing the deformation thereof in the event of pedestrian impact. |
