The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing a belt of a belt type bread crumb machine from being deformed. In particular, the present invention is provided to prevent a belt, which can be easily stretched during the operation of the machine, from being deformed. The apparatus of the present invention, with respect to a bread crumb coater for coating pork cutlet ingredients or the like with bread crumbs, comprises: a rotary roller (2) for rotating a belt (1); and a belt deformation prevention unit (3) including a frame (6) coupled to a main body (4) by a hinge (5), a rotating unit (7) which is integrally installed on one side of the frame (6) and connected with the rotary roller (2) to compress the rotary roller (2), a pair of groove units (8) formed on the opposite side of the rotating unit (7) of the frame (6), and a weight (9) detachably mounted to the groove unit (8). |
