<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cassette easy in dimensional control, by dimensionally accurately manufacturing a regulating part for regulating the upper or lower directional movement of a tape being a printing medium.SOLUTION: The tape cassette is provided with: a first receiving part 391 being a recessed part of recessing a bottom surface of a bottom plate 306 upward, which is continuous to an upstream side end part of an arm part 34 for guiding the tape being the printing medium toward a discharge port 341 in parallel to a front face of a cassette case; and first tape lower regulating parts 381B and 382B provided inside the arm part 34 at positions separated in the vertical direction by a distance corresponding to a width of the tape from a first lower side plane part 391B of the first receiving part 391. Since dimensional accuracy can be enhanced when manufacturing the first tape lower regulating parts 381B and 382B with the first lower side plane part 391B as a reference surface, carrying accuracy of the tape is improved. In addition, after manufacture, the dimensional control of the first tape lower regulating parts 381B and 382B can be easily executed with the first lower side plane part 391B as a reference.</p> |
