<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating apparatus which is configured to select heat recovery mode or air-conditioning/cooling mode, and which prevents change in heating capacity during the heat recovery mode and enables different-temperature evaporation in an air-conditioning heat exchanger and a cooling heat exchanger during the air-conditioning/cooling mode, with a simple configuration, without increasing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: An opening-variable regulating valve (3) is provided in a refrigerant circuit (2) so that the regulating valve (3) is located between a compression mechanism (13) and an outdoor heat exchanger (12) in the heat recovery mode, and located between an indoor heat exchanger (22) and the compression mechanism (13) in the air-conditioning/cooling mode. A regulating valve control part (105) is provided, which controls, in the heat recovery mode, the opening of the regulating valve (3) so that the high pressure in the refrigerant circuit (2) reaches a predetermined value, and controls, in the air-conditioning/cooling mode, the opening of the regulating valve (3) so that the difference in the evaporation temperature between the indoor heat exchanger (22) and heat exchangers (32, 42) for refrigeration reaches the predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
