<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling capacity without increasing the size or speed of a liquid feed pump for feeding a cooling medium. <P>SOLUTION: An outlet side buffer chamber is provided in the outlet passage of a liquid feed pump while filling liquid at least from the liquid feed pump to the outlet side buffer chamber. Since a resonance system is configured by the liquid feed pump and the outlet side buffer chamber, a high pressure is generated utilizing resonance by driving the liquid feed pump in a period (or a period of integer times) corresponding to the resonance frequency, and the liquid can be pressure fed using that pressure. Consequently, the flow rate of liquid is increased by simply providing an outlet side buffer chamber on the outlet passage side without increasing the size or speed of a liquid feed pump, and thereby the cooling capacity can be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
