<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer unit which allows for efficient communication load distribution and communication with a communication quality desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: In the data transfer unit, a request value for communication quality index is stored for each type of communication session, current value of the communication quality index is calculated for each communication channel based on the current communication volume of each of a plurality of communication channels, one of the plurality of communication channels is selected based on the comparison results of one request value corresponding to the communication session type of arrived communication session data and the current value of the communication session data at the time of arrival, and then the communication session data is transferred via one selected communication channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
