PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease-sealed rolling bearing which can surely prevent the intrusion of fretting wear powder into a device at the replenishment of grease such as intermediate greasing.SOLUTION: The grease-sealed rolling bearing comprises: an outer ring 4 and an inner ring 2 which are relatively rotatably and oppositely arranged via a plurality of rolling bodies 6a, 6b; a substantially-cylindrical axle box 30 which is assembled with the outer ring 4, and positions and fixes it; a seal case 16 which seals the inside from the outside; and an oil seal 18. The grease-sealed rolling bearing is sealed with the grease for lubrication therein. A greasing hole 42 penetrating the outer ring from its external periphery to the internal periphery is formed at the outer ring 4, a penetration hole 32h which penetrates the axle box from its external periphery to the internal periphery and can communicate with the greasing hole 42 is formed at the axle box 30, a penetration pipe 26 is inserted into the greasing hole 42 and the penetration hole 32h in a state that the greasing hole 42 and the penetration hole 32h are made to communicate with each other, and the grease for lubrication is replenished into the axle box 30 from the outside through the communication pipe 26. |
