<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester in which the lateral position of the right and left grass dividers installed at the front of the reaping device is changed to reap two more rows than in a conventional harvester. <P>SOLUTION: The tips of the right and left grass dividers (14L, 14R) are configured to be switched between a closed condition in which the tips are positioned inside the harvester body, and an open condition in which the tips are positioned outside the harvester body than in the closed condition. In the closed condition, each of the distances between the right and left grass dividers (14L, 14R) and the center grass divider (14C) is set so that the distance between the left grass divider (14L) and the center grass divider (14C) and the distance between the right grass divider (14R) and the center grass divider (14C) are wide enough to introduce a single row of culms of cereal crops each. In the open condition, each of distances between the right and left grass dividers (14L, 14R) and the center grass divider (14C) is set so that the distance between the left grass divider (14L) and the center grass divider (14C) and the distance between the right grass divider (14R) and the center grass divider (14C) are wide enough to introduce two rows each. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
