<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly perform processing to loss of a parking ticket without sharply changing the existing equipment such as a ticket machine and an adjustment machine. <P>SOLUTION: In a parking lot 5, an entrance camera unit 25 picks up an entrance vehicle, transmits an entrance vehicle image to a remote management center 9, in the remote management center, a vehicle number recognition device 43 recognizes a vehicle number of the entrance vehicle by using the entrance vehicle image, and extracts pickup time of the entrance vehicle image. On the other hand, an exit camera unit 30 picks up an exit vehicle, transmits an exit vehicle image to the remote management center, and the vehicle number recognition device 43 recognizes a vehicle number of the exit vehicle. When a user notifies the remote management center of loss of a parking ticket, the exit vehicle image, the entrance vehicle image, the vehicle number, etc. are displayed on a monitor of a management PC 46. When an operator compares them with one another, specifies the entrance vehicle matched to the exit vehicle, and performs instruction input, pickup time information corresponding to the entrance vehicle image is transmitted from the management PC 46 to an exit adjustment machine 26.
