According to a door handle and a refrigerator including the same according to one embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing costs of a refrigerator door are reduced and the weight of a grip unit is reduced by simplifying the cross section of the grip unit and reducing the post-process of the grip unit. The door handle according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the grip unit with a hollow part, a support unit which is formed on the front side of the door, and a connection cap which is mounted on the support unit and has an outer side which corresponds to the inner side of the grip unit. The connection cap is inserted into the hollow part formed on the grip unit.
