The present invention provides a riser pipe support apparatus for a marine structure. According to the present invention, the riser pipe support apparatus for a marine structure comprises: a caisson having an inner passage through which a riser pipe passes; a clamp fixedly installed in an outer wall of the marine structure, and installed to cover a portion of the caisson to restrict the caisson to be moved in all directions; and a friction prevention member installed between the clamp and the caisson to minimize friction between the clamp and the caisson.
