<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate temperature of a detection signal after starting at an early stage and to make configuration for the purpose comparatively inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: A flaw detection device includes: a detection coil for generating eddy current on the surface of a test object; an oscillator for supplying AC current to the detection coil; a bridge circuit for measuring impedance of the detection coil; and an electric component which generates heat, and is constituted so as to detect a flaw on the surface of the test object based on changes of the impedance to be measured by the bridge circuit. Then, in the flaw detection device 1, at least the oscillator, the bridge circuit and the electric component which generates heat are stored inside a casing 6, the inside of the casing 6 is separated from the outside, and a circulation fan 31 which stirs the air inside the casing 6 is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
