<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ethanol with high efficient which is directly generated from gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen by catalyst reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The method for generating ethanol by reacting feed gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst is characterized in that the catalyst is dispersed to the medium oil whose boiling point is higher than the reaction temperature under the reaction pressure, and the feed gas is introduced in the medium oil to carry out reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
