<p>Provided is a solar battery having an electrode that is highly fine and advantageous to collection efficiency, and also provided is a method for manufacturing the solar battery. The solar battery comprises: a semiconductor layer; a mesh thin-line electrode formed by printing, using a conductive ink, on the surface of the semiconductor layer with a line width of 1 to 10 µm and a high of 1 to 10 µm; a bus bar electrode formed by printing, using a conductive ink, on the surface of the semiconductor layer with a line width of 50 to 100 µm and a high of 15 to 100 µm; and a back surface electrode provided on the back surface of the semiconductor layer. The mesh thin-line electrode and the bus bar electrode are printed by a printing method using a gravure printing roll with a cushion layer or a gravure offset printing method.</p> |
