A pressing mechanism (60) that includes a pressing member (62) moves in the axial direction of the fastening shaft (20) in accordance with fastening by the fastening shaft (20), and presses a lower tube (lower tube 12) through an insertion hole (11b) formed in an upper tube (outer tube 11).
