METHOD FOR PREPARING A MULTILAYERED POLYIMIDE FILM

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multilayered polyimide film, which may include the steps of: (1) manufacturing a polyamic acid solution by polymerizing acid dianhydride components and diamine components in an organic solvent; (2) manufacturing a gel film by mixing the polyamic acid solution with imidized converted solution and casting the mixed solution on a support body; (3) in-line coating both sides of the gel film with the polyamic acid solution by using a 2-head hybrid double-sided coating machine; and (4) imidizing the gel film by heating the gel film having the coating layer. The multilayered polyimide film manufactured by the method has excellent interfacial adhesive reliability between the base layer and the coating layer, and can be effectively used for electronic materials such as flexible circuit boards.
