The present invention relates to an air chipper for removing shell debris. The air chipper of the present invention comprises: a valve frame in which an airline is formed, an insertion groove is formed at right angles to the air line, and an air hose is connected to one side thereof; an operating unit including an operating lever operated while rotating an air valve, elastically supported by an elastic member and coupled to the insertion groove; a fixing frame whose one side is coupled to the valve frame, and in which a tapered surface is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the other side thereof, and a male screw thread is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the other side thereof; a piston which reciprocally moves inside the cylinder located inside the fixing frame; a chisel socket whose outer circumferential surface is formed in a tapered form, in which a penetration unit is formed inside, and which is inserted into the tapered surface; a socket cover in which a female screw thread is formed to correspond to the male screw thread, and coupled to the male screw thread; and a chisel mounted to the penetration unit of the chisel socket. The present invention can: prevent the valve frame and the piston from being worn out, and thus prevent the length of a reciprocating section of the piston from changing, thereby smoothly vibrating a shell debris removing blade; place the removing blade on a desired place to be operated, and thus improve working efficiency; and prevent the chisel socket and the chisel from being separated when an external force is applied to the chisel. |
