The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a nanocapsule containing a red ginseng extract and a nanocapsule containing a red ginseng extract manufactured therefrom, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the steps of: (A) manufacturing a gelatin red ginseng mixed solution by dispersing a red ginseng extract in a gelatin solution; and (B) manufacturing a capsule by falling chitosan at a constant speed while continuously stirring the gelatin red ginseng mixed solution. According to the present invention, unique bitter taste of red ginseng can be improved without changing unique properties (ginsenoside solubility, improvement effects of blood circulation).
