PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article and the mounting structure of the same that are excellent in the leakage prevention around a leg while the sense of incompatibility when being mounted is few when a man uses the same.SOLUTION: The absorbent article 200 includes: a liquid permeable top sheet; a liquid impermeable sheet; a main absorber 23 interposed between them; and a supplementary absorption part 10 disposed on the liquid permeable top sheet, wherein the supplementary absorption part 10 includes a base 11 fixed to the width direction central part on the top sheet; and wing parts 12 extending from both sides edge of the base 11 respectively. The wing parts 12 of the supplementary absorption part 10 are wound such that the side end part is assumed to be a winding start respectively and the surface become an inside, thereby a thicker roll portion 13 than the base 11 is formed, and the roll portion 13 is configured to be able to absorb urine from an external exposed surface. In addition, the problem is solved by the absorbent article 200. |
