PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article with a fitting stretch portion that has good air permeability and cushioning characteristics, and results in a slight increase in thickness even though elongated elastic stretch member's contact with skin is alleviated.SOLUTION: There is provided a pants-type disposable diaper described below. With the lower waist portions U and the intermediate portion L of an outer sheet 12 expanded, an inner sheet substrate 12H is configured to be wavelike formation where top portions and bottom portions extending in a width direction are positioned longitudinally-spaced and alternately, and an outer sheet substrate 12S is configured to be flat. Elastic stretch members 15, 19 in the lower waist portions and elastic stretch members 16, 18 in the intermediate portion are arranged on the side bulging to the outer sheet substrate 12S of the top portions and the bottom portions in the inner sheet substrate 12H, being extended longitudinally, and are hold between the side bulging to the outer sheet substrate 12S of the top portions and the bottom portions in the inner sheet substrate 12H and the outer sheet substrate 12S, the inner sheet substrate 12H and the outer sheet substrate 12S being bonded at the holding position. |
