<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless device allowing wireless transmission delay time to fall within a predetermined range by transmitting data having high priority level when a radio band is insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: A cable signal termination section 110 receives a cable signal of transmission data from a wired device, and outputs the cable signal to a data identification destruction section 140. A transmission method control section 120 determines whether it is a state of exceeding a radio band on the basis of radio propagation state information and, when it is the state of exceeding the radio band, determines a radio transmission method corresponding to the state. The transmission method control section 120 outputs the determined radio transmission method to a radio transmission section 130 and the data identification destruction section 140. On the basis of a filtering setting table 150a, the data identification destruction section 140 performs filtering processing with respect to the radio transmission method, and outputs the transmission data after being subjected to filtering processing to the radio transmission section 130.
