<p>The channel working platform (24) has a support structure and a working surface (26), which has a working plane, which is held by the support structure. The working surface is arranged and formed above the water level (22), for spanning part of the water bearing area of channel (12). The working surface is formed such that sealing material (32) is brought out for sealing the channel and is connected with each other on the working surface.
