The present invention relates to a protection facility cutting machine of a road and a road repairing method thereof, capable of integrally cutting a protection facility which is made of a damaged side gutter, a protection wall, and a boundary stone; controlling a cutting degree depending on the number of cutting knives detachably attached to the protection facility cutting machine; executing an accurate cutting process by controlling the cutting depth after mounting a digital position converting device; and partially and slightly cutting the protection wall, the boundary stone, and the side gutter by using the protection facility cutting machine capable of adjusting the cutting width. Therefore, the present invention reduces a repair work period and construction costs.
