The present invention provides a method for producing a P.cornucopiae var. citrinopileatus extract having an increased biologically active material or an improved biological activity. Provided is a P.cornucopiae var. citrinopileatus extract produced by the method of the present invention. The present invention can be used as a basic material for improving industrial usage values of P.cornucopiae var. citrinopileatus and developing a high value added product.
