The present invention manufactures a highly absorbent resin composition by dispersing highly absorbent resin powder in an acrylic polyol containing a carboxyl group; and manufactures highly absorbent yarn by coating the manufactured resin composition and thermally treating the outcome. Since the acrylic polyol containing the carboxyl group which plays a role as a binder absorbs and expands the moisture, the highly absorbent resin powder dispersed in the binder can freely expand when absorbing moisture, which improves the entire moisture absorbing ratio of the resin composition. Since the present invention uses acrylic polyol containing the carboxyl group as a binder, it is easy to control for the solid content and viscosity of the resin composition, and control for the thickness of the coating layer which is coated on the yarn by controlling the content of the solids. Therefore, the water absorbing ratio of the yarn can be increased, and the degradation of unique properties of the yarn due to excessive coating of the composition can be prevented. |
