The present invention relates to a raising seedling transplanting and sowing device having a water supply function. When raising seedlings of hot peppers or seeds of beans, which are difficult to be automatically transplanted, are transplanted or sowed over a furrow on which vinyl is covered and water is supplied together, so raising seedling transplanting and sowing efficiency is improved. When raising seedlings are transplanted, rooting is rapidly performed. Germination of seeds can be promoted. According to the present invention, a fixed handle and a hole pipe of the raising seedling transplanting and sowing device are connected, and a water supply hose can be connected to the fixed handle. According to the present invention, water can be supplied to roots of transplanted raising seedlings while raising seedling transplanting work is performed. Moreover, water can be supplied to seeds while the seeds are sowed. Accordingly, during transplantation, rooting is rapidly performed. During sowing, germination is rapidly performed. |
