<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize overhead in reading out task information and make efficient task scheduling. <P>SOLUTION: A task reception unit 4 selects a storage destination of task information 2a indicating content of a task to be executed by an execution resource 3 from a plurality of buffers, and stores the information in the selected buffer.
