<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which inhibits boiling over by generating convection of a liquid in a pan. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: a main heating coil MC: sub-heating coils SC1-4; inverter circuits MIV, SIV1-SIV4 for the main heating coil MC and the sub-heating coils SC1-4; and an energization control circuit 200 providing the inverter circuits MIV, SIV1-SIV4 with an instruction of an energization pattern corresponding to a cooking menu. The energization control circuit 200 simultaneously supplies predetermined different powers to the main heating coil MC and the sub-heating coils SC1-4 during an initial heating period T1 and following heating periods T3 and T5, respectively, in which periods T2, T4, T6 for stopping supply of power to the main heating coil MC and the sub-heating coils SC1-4 are inserted, and instructs the inverter circuits MIV, SIV1-SIV4 to repeat the periods T3-T6 after the initial heating periods T1, T2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
