<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid for scattered X-ray removal, which has a compact and simple structure and is strong, with little deformation and distortion. <P>SOLUTION: The grid 1 for scattered X-ray removal comprises: many pieces of X-ray absorption foil (tantalum foil 3) in a strip form, which are arranged in parallel with a primary X-ray; and two grid covers 2 in a thin plate shape made of a carbon fiber sheet bonded each to the primary X-ray incidence side end and primary X-ray emission side end of the many pieces of X-ray absorption foil. As an adhesion means for the tantalum foil 3 and grid cover 2, thixotropic adhesive is used. Further, the adhesive for which, a viscosity before curing of the adhesive is 20,000 mPa s or higher like mayonnaise and a curing shrinkage rate is 3% or lower, is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
