<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for pointing and displaying information by means of pointers that individually displays a plurality of information items by driving at least two pointers through one stepping motor.SOLUTION: A transfer mechanism for transferring a rotary motion of a stepping motor to a first pointer and a second pointer is configured in such a manner that a play amount in a portion for transferring the motion from the stepping motor to the first pointer is made larger than a play amount in a portion for transferring the motion from the stepping motor to the second pointer by predetermined steps, and after the first pointer is moved to a position pointing one information item by driving the stepping motor (S2, S3), the second pointer is moved within a predetermined range by driving the stepping motor within a range as to prevent the first pointer from being moved by play of the transfer mechanism, thereby selectively displaying another information item by means of the second pointer (S5, S6).</p> |
