摘要 <p>The vehicle (1) has a contactless unit for detecting a recovery cable (2) i.e. pulling cable, and guiding the vehicle toward the cable. A coupling unit (7) is located at an end (3b) of the vehicle for coupling the vehicle with the cable. The coupling unit comprises a hook and a gripper. The gripper rotates between a closed position in contact with an outer surface of the vehicle, and a coupling position, in which the gripper interacts with the hook to provide a space for a passage of the cable between the grippers and the outer surface of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method for coupling a marine or underwater vehicle to a recovery cable.</p>
