The present invention relates to a method for preparing a brown algae extract containing alginate. More specifically, the method for preparing the brown algae extract containing alginate comprises: a water washing step for washing brown algae containing alginate with water to remove impurities; a mixing step for precipitating the brown algae, from which the impurities are removed, in 110-120 parts by weight of a mixing solution, in which water and glycerin are mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of the brown algae, and distilling the same at a temperature of 70-80°C for 4-6 hours to mix the alginate contained in the brown algae with glycerin; an aging step for stirring the brown algae, which is precipitated in the mixed solution to be soaked, at a temperature of 5-40°C for 3-7 days to ripen; an elution step for compressing the aged brown algae and mixed solution, and eluting the same; and a concentration step for injecting the eluted extract into a vacuum evaporator at a temperature of 75-105°C for 4-6 hours to distill water and concentrate the brown algae extract. The method for preparing the brown algae extract containing alginate according to the present invention adds the glycerin solution to the brown algae containing alginate and elutes the same, and thus increases the viscosity of the brown algae, thereby enhancing moisturizing effects of cosmetics, providing moisture to psoriasis or atopic dermatitis and preventing the brown algae extract from being decomposed for a long period of time. |
