The present invention is to stably fixate an installation component to a fishing rod body using installation threads, and to make a crack generated on a resin layer difficult to be acknowledged by a user. In addition, the present invention is to more firmly fixate the installation component of a fishing rod to a fishing rod body. A fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fishing rod body; an installation component mounted to the outer circumferential surface of the fishing rod body through an installation unit; and a thread-shaped component fixing member which is reeled around the installation unit and the fishing rod body over a predetermined width in the axial direction of the fishing rod body. A cover member, which can be opaque, is mounted on the surface of the component fixing member. In addition, the fishing rod according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises: the fishing rod body; a sheet member; the installation component having the installation unit; the thread-shaped component fixing member reeled around the installation unit and the fishing rod body; and a resin layer formed to cover the component fixing members and the sheet member. The sheet member has first and second regions, and is fixated to the outer circumferential surface of the fishing rod body. Moreover, the installation component is bent at an edge of the first and second regions for the second region to cover the surface of the component fixing member. |
