The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for isolating food poisoning bacteria and, more specifically, to a method for detecting and isolating the large amount of food poisoning bacteria by using magnetic nanoparticles and a magnetic capturing device. According to the present invention, the capturing device comprises: a duplex tube-typed body part having a gap between inner and outer walls formed in a micro unit, and a magnetic body accommodating part at a center; a plurality of disk-typed magnets laminated on the magnetic body accommodating part with predetermined intervals inbetween; and magnetic nanoparticles to which pathogenic molecules, which are immobilized onto the inner wall of the body part by means of the magnet, are combined. |
