A triarylamine/fluorene copolymer comprising repeat units of formula (I), a triarylamine, and repeat units of formula (II), a fluorene: Wherein: Ar1 and Ar2 independently in each occurrence represents an aryl or heteroaryl group that may be unsubstituted or substituted with one or more substituents; Ar3 represents a fused aromatic or heteroaromatic group that may be unsubstituted or substituted with one or more substituents; R is a substituent; m is 0, 1 or 2 with the proviso that Ar2 is not phenanthrene if m is 1; each R9 is independently a substituent, and the two groups R9 may be linked to form a ring; each z is independently 0, 1 or 2; and each R10 is independently a substituent. The polymer may be used in an organic light-emitting device.
