<p>The invention provides a manufacturing device of a stator with skewed slots, by which the torsion degree can be freely adjusted and the thickness of the stator core is uniform in the laminating direction in engagement. The manufacturing device of the stator with the skewed slots comprises a base for carrying an end face of the stator core; a pin which is detachable from the base and is vertically arranged in a tilt moving manner, and is inserted through slots or slits which are communicated in the axial direction of the stator core; a plurality of columns which are vertically arranged on the base surrounding the stator core; a pressure component which is arranged at terminals of the plurality of columns and abuts against the other end face of the stator core such that the stator core is pressed; an operation component which is arranged on the other end face side of the stator core and stops the top end of the pin; an operation handle arranged on the operation component for rotating the operation component about a central shaft of the stator core; and preferably a plurality of annular plates preventing the pin from escaping from the slots.</p> |
