摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a structure in which not only a core metal 15b and a slinger 13b become hard to metal-contact, even when a moment load etc. is applied, but also damages which may seriously deteriorate seal performance are hard to occur in an encoder 14b made of a rubber magnet and a seal member 16b made of an elastic material, and to actualize a structure in which a radial direction clearance of a labyrinth seal is easy to be made smaller. <P>SOLUTION: Drawing process is applied to a thin wall portion 32 formed in the inner half portion in the shaft direction of a fixed cylindrical portion 17b constituting the core metal 15b, an escape concave groove 35 recessed outward in the diameter direction is formed in the inner peripheral surface of an intermediate portion in the shaft direction of the fixed cylindrical portion 17b over the entire circumference. Moreover, this escape concave groove 35 and the outer peripheral edge 29a of a rotating round ring portion 24b constituting the slinger 13b are overlapped in regard to the radial direction. Thereby, the radial distance from the inner peripheral surface of the fixed cylindrical portion 17b to the outer peripheral edge 29a of the rotating round ring portion 24b and the outer peripheral surface of the encoder 14b can be made larger, solving the problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
